At the heart of the VERSACURE UV CONVEYOR SYSTEMS is CON-TROL-CURE^®'s VersaCure UV Curing system. A breakthrough in modern UV Curing technology, VersaCure power supplies are truly the most portable we have ever offered. Two formats are available, 1.8kW of power from a 110V supply or an amazing 3.1kW (220V supply required). Powerfull yet lightweight as well, the encased power supply is only 20 pounds in either format. These unique custom bechtop conveyors are as versatile and portable as all other components in the VERSACURE family. Two primary models provide belt width options ranging from either 5 to 11 inches or 12 to 17 inches. The open frame design is incredibly lightweight, manufactured predominantly from durable heavy guage black anodized aluminum. Designed as a custom built solution but engineered for fast turnaround, your VERSACURE CONVEYOR can be ready to ship within *21 - 28 business days.(*depending on current workload)

Translucent dark blue UV light sheilds at entrance and exit of lamp housing.
