The CONT-ROL-CURE^® PRODUCTION CUSTOM UV CONVEYOR incorporates the UV Lighthouse True Focus Technology, and provides 20% more reflected energy than other conveyor systems.

An ideal product for the print industry, the large curing area allows for oversized projects and is flexible enough to incorporate up to 3 UV curing systems inline. The true focus reflector shape concentrates more light to a focus point at the products surface. Tests have shown that a concentrated beam of light will effect faster cure rates than an unfocused beam.

Vacuum hold-down with system exhaust in curing area

Teflon-coated fiberglass belt is UV resistant and has a variable speed control from 10-80 ft/minute. (different speed ranges optional)
