RAPID RESPONSE AIR THERMOMETER

Temperature has a direct relationship to curing speed: the higher the temperature the faster the cure. Yet, excessive heat may cause the substrate to distort, which can result in registration difficulties or substrate damage. Heat may also cause UV cure system components to fail. Therefore, understanding temperature is critical to ensuring proper cure and to safeguarding the substrate and system from potential failure.

The RAPID RESPONSE AIR THERMOMETER verifies cure chamber and environmental temperature quickly and accurately to ensure consistency. Response time of 5 seconds to within +/-1% of full scale range. Simply wave the pocket-sized thermometer in the air for immediate reading on the circular dial.

Temperature ranges & divisions: 25F to 125F (-4 to 51C) / 1 degree divisions
-40F to 160F (-40 to 71C) to / 2 degree divisions
-40F to 70F (-40 to 21C) / 1 degree divisions
