BAND STYLE EAR PLUG

Environmental noise from printing presses and other equipment in the workplace has the potential to cause physical damage to the ear. The SAF-T-CURE^® line features a series of hearing protectors that are in accordance with ANSI Standard S3.19 and are ideal for press-room personell.

Two types of BAND STYLE EAR PLUG are offered:

Item #I020-012 (pictured above) is designed for people who are exposed to intermittent noise, and offers the highest attenuation among banded hearing protectors. Smooth, ergonomic pods fit inside the opening of the ear canal for noise protection, while the patented band design prevents ear pods from touching dirty or contaminated surfaces when set down. This band is lightweight and portable and includes a pair of replacement pods.


Item#I020-014 (pictured below) is comfortable whether worn under the chin or behind the neck, these lightweight hearing protectors deliver a Noise Reduction Rating of 20 dB when used properly. The narrow headband will not interfere with hats or glasses. Features removable, washable ear pods.
