DUAL SHAFT MIXER

Versatile DUAL SHAFT MIXER design offers high-speed and high-torque mixing for larger volumes of UV inks and coatings. Direct-drive shaft generates 50-5000 rpm for high speed, low-viscosity mixing. Gear-reduction shaft provides high 140"/oz torque from 3-250 rpm for high viscosity mixing needs.

Rugged, permanent magnet TENV gear motor uses permanently lubricated ball bearings for instant start. Gear-reduction ratio is rated at 20:1. Equipped with solid-state speed controller with 100:1 adjustment range. Features separate forward/off/reverse and speed controls. Maintains consistent speed under changing loads. Accepts a wide assortment of universal stainless steel propellers, mixing blades and stirring shafts with 3/8" and 5/16" diameter shafts. Stand and heavy-duty clamp also available.
